Tryagain! When I read your posts, all I see is "I want to smoke, I want to smoke,I want to smoke." You know the saying "Be careful what you wish for." Your whole focus is on wanting to go back to smoking. No wonder you can't get past it.
You want what we have? Then you're going to have to change your thinking. I wanted to smoke too, but I fought those thoughts in my head, because I knew if I didn't...I would be doing what I was thinking. OK, you can't smoke. you know that, you won't smoke, you said that, so start changing the way you think. You know that if you think you cannot do something thats exactly what will happen. you have to give yourself something new to think about. If you want to have what we have, you have to do what we did!
"I am a healthy non smoker!"
"I am happy to be free from nicotine."
"I am so glad that I have stopped smoking forever."
"I can breathe freely and clearly now."
Start telling yourself how wonderful it is that you quit, instead of telling yourself how much you miss. :)
