Gin I don't know about the vomiting, you might want to keep an eye on that, but feeling spaced out is fairly common. In my early days I went around feeling like a bobble head doll. For the most part I dealt with that by just embracing it and kind of enjoying the feeling of being somewhere else all the time... Take your time and be kind to yourself. You are going through changes take a bit of getting used to. The most important thing to remember is that you are doing something for yourself of immense value. Whatever it takes to be successful do it, you will never regret putting your heart and soul into this... nonic My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/25/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 304 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 9,120 Amount Saved: $3,192.00 Life Gained: Days: 55 Hrs: 13 Mins: 39 Seconds: 57

Hi Everyone, i remember how i described the way i felt as feeling like i was living in someone elses body, i never knew from one day to the next, my mind and body played so many tricks on me, and it was all i could do to stay up with myself, i just had to take it one hour , one day Tiny baby steps at times, just whatever it took to get through, you will feel better when you are farther into the quit :) YOU REALLY WILL :):) Tresa My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/8/2002 Smoke-Free Days: 1904 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 38,080 Amount Saved: $6,664.00 Life Gained: Days: 268 Hrs: 12 Mins: 10 Seconds: 39

Hi Gin! I did the same thing during the first few days of my quit. Upset stomach. Threw up a couple of times, ect. It will pass. Your body is going through many things at this point and working hard to level itself out after all the assaults it has taken from smoking. My stomach upset only lasted a couple of days, and I was a HEAVY smoker, so hang in! Your doing great, and yes...you are healing. WAY TO GO!!! Gin, How are you doing today? Your body is trying to heal and it will take some time. Make sure you check with your doctor if this persists :) Josie, Support Specialist
