Hiya,
i'm still very new here and i was wondering if someone could advise me on which board to use when i'm feeling really panicky and shakey and just need to talk?
I get like that at night, and i find that by writing or typing it sometimes help me take my mind off it, and i can also get across exactly how i'm feeling at the time, like venting i suppose. Which board (if any) can i use to do this?
