Your confidence just builds and builds. The only thing that will kill that cycle....is having...just one. Take it one day at a time...and one stress event at a time. The difference is that as you move forward this will become more of a decision for you and less of an obsession to be fought. Control comes gradually, with each day you will be stronger. Doodles, You took those five minute breaks to smoke. Why is it any different now that you've quit? Keep taking those five-ten minute breaks, especially when you're stressed and busy. Just change what you're doing in those five-ten minutes :) Danielle, Bilingual Support Specialist

hey doodles i dont have any kids but I do have a lot of stress related issues that have been happening to me latly and i'm trying as hard as I can to not give and start smoking again but its real hard and I feel your pain. Stress is a part of life and when your trying to quit smoking it makes it even worse but I will do everything in my power not to start smoking again and I hope you do the same :) Just drink lots of water, chew a lot of gum, take walks do anything active to keep your mind off smoking thats what I do and it works really well.
