Well my dear, on the bright side you have the better part of a WEEK under your belt. That is AWESOME.
So, what good stuff is your body going through? Do you have more energy? Is your smell and taste coming back? Try to remind yourself of the good that will eventually come from these bad days. Maybe a walk or some exercise to get out some of that frustration?
