So Day 2 for me, and I found mu troublesome trigger. Its work! Now that I have quit I don't know what to do with my breaks and I end up taking a cig from a co-worker for lack of something to do. So this weekend I am going to come up with things I can do here at work to distract myself. Maybe I can bring my word search book like I used to. I doubt walking is a good idea yet since everyone smokes outside. But maybe in a few weeks when I get stronger... Maybe I could take a walk INSIDE the building. Or go run up and down a flight of stairs for 10 min. Oh good I have come up with some things already. I thought this would be really hard! lol. Ok well Day 2 and I am doing fine, thanks everyone ~Valic
