I walk too, started at 15 minutes at a time, as far as it took me and then build up from there, till you can get in 30 - 40 minutes a day. I also lift weights 3 times a week, light ones, 5 & 8 lbs, just enough to keep things toned, (Don't wanna look like Arnold S)
I hear Marilyn Munroe used to do weights! If you're just starting, give it some time to drop pounds off the scale, but you will nmotice the difference in your clothing within 3 days! ;)
