Tony, Although it is common for quitters to experience a cough, shortness of breath should be discussed with your physician. Danielle ______________________ The SSC Support Team

Tony, If you are out of breath during a normal conversation you should see your doctor as soon as possible. Have you been able to install your quit meter? We all want to see your stats...so we can watch them grow and celebrate your victories. :) Pat My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/28/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 75 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,020 Amount Saved: $1050 Life Gained: Days: 8 Hrs: 19 Mins: 30 Seconds: 52

It's me again just wondering if being out of breath during what I'd call a normal conversation is right or am I talking to much :)? other than that things are pretty good, thanks be to God who gives me the victory and a little willingness on my part!
