For some people it can take a while for nic to leave the system. Knowing that doesn't make a difference for you, I know. This is a time to really focus on your quit. This is a big deal and it can be difficult. Take it easy, don't feel that you have to do anythig or respond to anything that may be trying. Just ride this out. Pamper yourself. A crave will end, whether or not you smoke. Most importantly, don't listen to those thoughts. You must stop them right now. You have made a rational decision to stop smoking. Don't even think about it, just stick to your non-smoking schedule. I repeat - do not think about it, to do so is to consider it. If you block these thoughts right now, Ol' Nic will eventually see that you are not answering that door and the thoughts will lessen over time. You are doing beautifully. I know you have it in you to do this. You already have.
