Congratulations to all of you. I can testify that my sis Rose is doing fantastic. I just came home being in Florida with her. She returns Friday 18th. We both being ex-smokers and being together in Florida at her sons did very well. We walked everyday and kept reassuring ourselves how much better off we were as a non-smoker. It was hard at times but we are both very determined. Besides we are idenical twins and we do just about everything together. We were each others smoking buddies now we are each others support in our quit.
