Course I'm no therapist, but it seems to me, that your worry about what is going to happen when you get to school, is 1) the fear of the unknown 2)the fact that you can't control what will happen
The fear part is enough to let our imaginations run wild, because it tends to imagine the worst possible
But then you have to ask yourself, if the worst ever really happens.
What would be the worst?
And what, if ANYTHING, can YOU do, to prevent ANYTHING from happening? Focus on reacting to WHAT ACTUALLY happens and not what MIGHT happen.
Secondly, you can't control what happens, you can ONLY control HOW you respond.
DON'T start preprogramming yourself with negatives....
Think about being creative and how, despite your fear, that you will handle each situation as best you can.
If you can't KNOW what will happen, how can you predict ahead of time, how you will think/feel about it? Or how you should react, BEFORE anything happens.I don't know if that helps, but it just seems to me you are puting the cart before the horse. You can't KNOW the future, even 5 min from now, so HOW can you control it? Simple...
You can't. ;)
