Hey Stubborn,
To be honest I still think you are in the very thick of your quit. It seems after 14 days or 'heck' week people think cravings will begin to substantially subside. Though each individual's quit is unique and under their control only I urge you to take a deep breath and remember why you are doing this and REWARD your progress thus far. It will get easier. Also, just a side note, I foung 3 weeks tough, as Casey suggested, but 3 months was a breeze- the day passed without much recognition. Anyway- Your frustration is totally normal and you are handling this well- despite what you may think. You are finally done with smoking- Little Nic is dying inside you, causing some strange and painfully uncomfortable symptoms but I promise they will pass. I haven't had a craving in weeks.
And hey, If you want to dig a hole in the ground with an axe - GO FOR IT- just make sure to call that 800# to check for lines- as ong as it is not a family member or loved one you want to axe I think you are perfectly in control.
Good job, congratulations on 22 days.
