Hi to all, today is my 2nd smoke free anniversary (i had amended the quit date to the 23rd following a slip up on the 22nd, but deep down i've always felt the 21st was THE DAY!) so, all i can tell you is this - it will pass, you will feel better and life will be normal again. everything won't be the effort and the trauma it is now.
