Just a thought for the new quiters on board.
Smoking is not only a dirty habbit, it is a full flegded addiction.
Did you ever want just one before.
Just One will lead to the whole pack.
There is something in our memory that takes us right back to full fledge addiction, just after one. Just like a acoholic can go right back to a sever state of insanity after just one drink.
When you think of having just one instaed think of,
The reasons you quit. Your bennifits. Your health
The pain of quiting the first time. What you have overcome all ready.
I am sure members on here can add more to that.
I cannot have one because I love myself. I am also now a role model to my hubby and kids. Just one puff and I will have lost a awsome fight and feeling.
This is a new year and a new life. Keep the fight for a healthy life...
NOPE Not One Puff Ever
Why can't You have one?
