Tonight I have become a non smoker and its the best I have felt for as long as i can remember, I know its been only 30 minutes but already I feel a buzz, after reading over the last few weeks how all you quitters are having success, and yes some fail, but they will live to fight another day. I have done that and now its another day, and this time will be the last time I will never smoke again, I dont care what temptations are thrown at me I will not succumb again to an evil addiction. Its something that although it has taken quite a long time to realize is now embedded in my brain, I now haven't smoked for 45-minutes and after going to bed that will be an extra 8 hours I haven't smoked, but tomorrow morning the challenge begins.
