I have the same fear. But it gets better every time you expose yourself. Before I couldn't even get on the freeway, and just recently, I drove 11 hours to my home town!
i have a new boyfriend and he lives in east meadow and i live in patchogue its about 45 minutes away and i really want to go to his house, but im scared i will have a panic attack when i get there or on the way there what can i do to get over this
