To get the IM working, I had to disable my Norton Internet Security, and also had to turn off the pop-up blocker in Internet Explorer. There is a little Launch button for it on the home site of the support group pages. Once you disable Norton and turn off the pop-up blocker in IE, it will just open a little chat window. I had the same problem. Good luck!

I keep trying to launch the IM thing but it don't do anything. Any help would be great trying to get it downloaded. Thanks I think it would help a lot to have the right now conversation when needed.
