Congratulations Rusty, 27 months is so awesome and I am so proud of you. Did you reward yourself? I still try to do rewards but I am running out of ideas lol. We need to chat soon and catch up.
I was telling my cousin about the day you helped me so much, shes trying to quit, and its been a week for her. I looked up the advice you gave me that day and it still makes me smile when I read it, I have kept it all this time................

It's okay to feel sorry for yourself. For just a little bit. Cry as much as you need to. You're going through the roughest of times, the first couple of days. You need to pamper yourself, put on your most comfortable jammies, some very favorite music, lay on the floor and hug a pillow. Stay in. Pretend you have the flu. Take deep breaths. Drink lots of water. Eat some snacky things every couple of hours to keep your blood sugar up. You will not die. You will be okay. Be kind and gentle with yourself. You can do this!
