Dear LadyBug, I have been using the Don't Panic self-help kit tapes, I am not sure if they're out on CDs.
They've been very helpful to me, a bit expensive though. but i've been using them for a long time and learnt quite a lot.

I was wondering if there are any really good (and helpful) relaxation CDs out there? Or some type of self-help CD that I could listen to that would calmmy fears and anxiety?? I know there are several out there...but I want to know about the ones others have actually tried and found that actually helped them. Any suggestions/recommendations would help. Thanks! :)
