It sound's tough but you are going to make it through.
I am only starting day 3, so I know I'm not an expert non- smoker.
I find lip balm helpful in replacing the nasty cigarette. Just hold the lip balm as if it were a smoke & with each irritating craving, moisturize your lips. Seems to work for me so far.
