Today is my first day. I have been putting stuff in my mouth too.. trying to keep it to something small, one mint, or somehing that will keep my tastebuds offcupied for awhile. Also bought peanuts in shells so i have to break the shells to get them out.
Figured the mess of a few peanut shells is better than a dirty smelly ash tray..

A good one I found were Halls Sugar Free Vitamin C drops, and sunflower seeds. I read somewhere respectable that vitamin c make take the edge off of the withdrawals.

The first three days to the end of the third week I ate like there were reports of a famine headed my way. I didn't save a dime. Over the past week. my eating has been slowly tapering off.
