Hi all, Yesterday (day 4) was a good day for me, but today wasn't. To make long story short, I did not have a good night sleep, woke up several times during the night. Cough up in the morning, because there was something very irritating on my throat, I kept coughing for a while. This afternoon I felt dizzy if I walk fast; therefore, I am slowing thing down a bit. Good thing is that work day is almost over. I just want to get home, relax, take a warm shower, and get ready for tomorrow. Hope everyone is doing fine. -TT

Hey TT; My sleep is still messed up a bit, but we're all different in our quits. You may only experience a nite or two of restless sleep. Or awhile longer as I am but I read over & over here that it will pass. I was very, very tired & dizzy the first week. I've read on the board that a lot of it was the physical detox that sapped my strength to a degree but I also think I put so much of my energy in "doing the quit" that it exhausted me. Which contributed to the dizzy, light-headed-ness. Either way, it did pass and was well worth waiting out. Hang in there . . . wait it out . . . IT'S WORTH IT! Hey TT this is all the signs of quiting smoking. I am on day 14 and I still wake up in the middle of the night, when I first started I was not sleeping at all for about 10 days but it will get better. if you are on ntr or wellbutrin this can mess with your sleeping. Hey I am still coughing up some also, but you know what I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER THEN I DID. KEEP UP THE FIGHT YOUR GOING TO WIN.
