7 mg???

Hello Hurstk If I understand what you are saying, you feel ditzy because you dropped down from the 14 mg to 7 mg patch. Remember that the patch helps you through the withdrawals. I suspect that your bod has to adjust to the 50% reduction in nicotine so that may be making you feel ditzy. My experience with the patch at 28 and 14 mg was that it made me real nauseous and anxious. I think that they were just too strong for me. I switch to the 7mg patch and kept them on for several hours a day. That did the trick. I think the patch is great and I dont think I could have quit with out the helper. Keep it up. Day 71, remarkable. You must be feeling really good about your achievements. I stepped down to the 7mg 3 days ago and I really havn't felt any different. But I know dizzyness and a bit of disorientation is a very normal withdrawl symptom. I am soooo proud of you for the step down, you are doing so well. I can't tell you how many times I tryed and didn't get this far. I had never even seen the 7mg ones before this time and they are so small! They are almost like a postage stamp! Hurst, Everyones reaction will be different as our bodies are different. It is great to see that you are following the program. Stepping down may not seem like a big step :) Continue on with the program to the very end. The program and steps were made to help :) Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
