Congrats on knocking the NRT on the head duckie. I am not personally a big fan of putting more of the stuff that you are addicted to in your body.. so I admire you for quitting it.
It seems that you are getting stronger in your quit. I remember you earlier days and you were having a hard time of it. Look at you now, almost at 3 weeks! Wahoo!
I loved the Allen Carr book, when I finally got the courage to read it (that took me 7 years to read it properly). I have a very old copy one of the original ones its a very small book which goes into a cardboard cigarette packet. So everytime you want to smoke, instead get the book out, and whatever your junkie head is telling you about smoking.. it kind of untells you. I still carry it around with me.
I would keep a susbstitute, like sugar free gum with you, just in case.
