1. When on the computer. I have been cleaning like a demon. There is a motto, "you can do anything for 15 minutes". SO, I am using this motto in more than one way - first as a distraction from cravings, and secondly I tell myself " I can go 15 minutes without a cigarette, easy" and by the time 15 minutes if gone, the crave has passed and I have decluttered something.
2. Morning coffee. sip slowly enjoying that I can REALLY appreciate the flavor now.
3. When my hubby lights up. As soon as he leaves, I go through the house and get all of the ashtrays. I wash them and put them up so that when he comes home he has to go get one.
4. In the car - I buy a huge cup of ice from sonic and munch on that. Increases my water intake, no calories, and keeps me busy.
5. After eating - drink more water.
