Hi Guys It's Monday morning and I'm on day 8. I made it through hell week and thank you to all you guys who bouyed me up. Day 5 was fierce and I came here to post. So many hands and hearts reached out to me and strengthened my reslove. I treated myself yesterday on reaching day 7 and went off for a seaweed bath (sounds yuk but is really yum) Treats are important and the most fun part of being smoke free - I love making plans for my treats and indulgences. So just wanted to say thanks guys. I'm through a big hurdle and feel quite at ease. Even so I will be ever vigillant and will keep taking this one day at a time. I commit to not smoking today.
