Shaila, it's quite important that you not binge. You are on Day 1 and that is great but on Day 4, are you going to eat YET another whole chocolate cake? lol It's okay to eat. In fact it's vital that you keep your blood sugar up as kiwi said. But better to eat healthy things...yogurt, cheese, fruit, crackers, etc.
