Woke Up Wanting to Smoke

Don't know why except I dreamed about sex and I ain't getting any. Maybe that's what I want for a reward right now? I ain't sure. I consider waking up jonesing the worse, because I've always said that if I can get through the morny, I can get through the day. Keep telling myself NOPE. Bgaineshunter, Have you modified your morning routine? Why don't you reward yourself in the morning once you overcome the craving? As for your dream, hmmmm... try chocolate in the meantime? ;) Keep persevering, Danielle ______________________ The SSC Support Team

BGH, I think sometimes our lizard brain mistakes a need for something (food, sex, sleep) else as a need to smoke. It's a subconscious thing, and quite common. Plus you had a big test and you are releasing that anxiety. Just keep thinking NOPE!
