Some days are good and some are bad, but all of them are smoke free! Pearls of Wisdom? Not sure about that but it was pretty easy to quit once I realized that I wasn't the only one being damaged. That I had a life inside me that had no choice whether it smoked or not! Plus the morning sickness helped tremendously!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
