Now you can't drink coffee or else this is all going to go off balance (really) I can do without liquor, chocolate, but not coffee love it , besides research says it's good for you. I have trouble with the kg you see I'm old school and I stick to the pounds and also the pounds are sticking to me right now LOL. I've gained 8 pounds I guess around 3.6 kilos, I feel uncomfortable with it, so I'm going to work on it as of now. I've been eating junk I don't usually eat ice cream, chips ,cup cakes, I'm cutting that out of my diet as of now and I like things done asap so I'm working on it, I'm going to check that GI regiment and get back to you for advise?
