Hi Kare - Congratulations on your LONG quit my pal!
Yes, I have gotten a little bit big for my britches and am only a wee bit taller than you at a towering 5'4. So since I can't stop loving sugar, I am on zee treadmill for 2.5 miles 4-5 times a week. It's pretty good exercise, although I don't see big results at the waist line ~ hmm, so maybe this does not help you at all, but I feel better just telling you. I have been "smokin" a lot of food too. (insert frowny face here) I am "fluffier" as my daughter says!
But - I cut down on sweets where I can ~
