Yes, as everyone has said, you are quite normal. I know that that's not much of a relief for you. However, just remember what a great thing you are doing for yourself! Eventually, you won't think about it as much... you'll go to the movies and think "Hey! I made it a whole 2 hours without thinking once about a cigarette!" And that's a great feeling! And then, you'll be spending a wonderful day with friends or family and the next day think "OMG! I didn't think about smoking all day yesterday!!!" It's amazing when it happens and it WILL happen for you! Don't lose heart. Yes, quitting is hard... if it were easy, there would be no reason for the SSC as there would not be any smokers at all in this world. Unfortuately, it's not easy, but like most things that are hard, it is sooooooooo worth it! Keep up the awesome work!
