Do you mean a regular b***h or a Super King Kamaya-maya B***h?
I think it's normal that early in a quit to feel some tension - Take some deep breaths, take a walk, relax - you don't smoke anymore to cope with life's little gotcha's so you need to find other ways to deal. Exercise will help, so will self talk.
Learn the signs that you're getting ready to lash out and talk to yourself. Ask yourself what's got you going and ask yourself how you're going to deal with it. It's okay to give yourself some time.
Anger is a part of a lot of quits. How you deal with it is really up to you. You can't give it to someone else, it's yours.
I wish you luck - I think you'll be fine, you want to talk about it and that's a really positive thing.
