Good job on making a new non-smoking memory. (driving w/o a smoke) That is a sure trigger for most of us. I do not ever think of smoking when I drive now. You will get there as well.

hope you're all well.
im just checking in. on day 10. feel im doing ok. sleeping better than i was. not experiencing any physical withdrawals only a little psychologiacal. sometimes its like my brain is trying to trick me into picking up. i was driving home from my boufriends's place this morning. takes me about an hour and a quarter. during the journey i did feel like stoping and geting some cigarettes just for something to do. of course because i was in the car on my own i wouldnt have needed to tell anybody - it would have been my secret.
but honestly i really thought about this in the car and i really didnt want a cigarette. having one didnt appeal to me.
thank God common sense prevailed.
