Good job, keep telling your self nope. I limited myself on the coffee for the first 72 hrs drank a lot of water and that really seem to help. Ok Stoppin' ......you gave me the greatest idea and I know your baggy of butts is at home, well I had to find a baggy of butts and QUICK as lunch time for me means smoke smoke smoke. This is my first full day at work and quit. I actually had the nerve to get a baggy out of our lunch room, go downstairs to the outside and empty the dang ashtray into my baggy cause I was craving craving craving. To make it worse (and stink up the bathroom I might add), I added water. Oh let me tell you, that cut my craving to beyond ewwwwww. Be strong and I am coming here often to get the encouragement, you do the same !!! You would think after all this prep I would have known this would be coming.... I am alone at work today with no help in getting the work done, I just ate lunch, and there is a hurricane coming to Florida. I want coffee & a smoke.... the thunder, rain, lightening, tornado warnings are here already My baggy of butts is at home, I have to get this work done, I can't think long enough of anything other than smoking to read my document.... I will do this I know I will...boy have I been making compromises with my mind this afternoon...you know the ol' oh, if I cut down I will feel better...absolutely not, my chest has pains in it and I know that when I take a drag off of a cig it doesn't taste good, it hurts my throat. It is nothing but dried leaves with crapola all through it. You listen up lil Missy, there will be no smokin for you! Today might be hard but you can make it because you want this so bad.
