Well, if your career as a fitness guru and diet fanatic doesn't work out, you can always give comedy a spin! LOL (And I am difficult to amuse.) Thanks Bingo! Keep up the great work ! Whoops! Meant to include in the first message what I actually did. Last nights first workout consisted of: 20 minutes on the treadmill (Previously could only go 15!) 20 minutes on a recumbant bicycle (Hadn't ever done this before) and then 20 minutes of weight training. Note that interspersed with these was a liberal distribution of both sniviling and complaining. At the end I worked in some High-Intensity whining as well. However, it was more exercise than I've done in a long, long time, and I actually don't feel so bad. Though if you tell anyone I said that I will deny it wholeheartedly. So we have arrived at Wednesday. I have not had any proper country food all week. I think my body will be shutting down soon. I'm convinced that at this point my blood is at least 15% milk gravy and it will be wondering where all it's friends are. I feel sad for it! I had a session with the personal trainer last night. I'm beginning to wonder if there isn't something wrong with me. I am apparently paying a man a whacking great amount of money to abuse me. He also yells a lot. He reminds me of my grandfather, except grampa loved me. I had another salad when I got home last night. When I left for work this morning I realized I was out of salad crap and would have to go purchase more today. I'm afraid though that the animal rights activists will soon beginning picketing me for destroying the native rabbits food source. I feel guilty about this. Yet another reason I should go back to eating pie. However, I am on Day 3 now, and feeling like I may be able to do this. I find it very funny that I was overjoyed last night when I found out I could have brown rice. I was actually excited. Oh God that's so sad. Hee hee! Anyways, thanks as always for all your support. It's what is totally making the difference for me. You guys are what are going to get me through this!
