Congratulations Rich for making it through the first 3 days. Yes, the nicotine should be gone (or almost gone) but now comes the mental battle, and that's often harder than the physical one. For me, the worst days of my quit were 10 and 34. I'm not saying that to discourage you, but rather to let you know that just because the nicotine is out of your system, that doesn't make it an easy battle. If quitting were done in 3 days and then no more withdrawal symptoms, then there wouldn't be any smokers and there'd be no reason for the SSC. So, you still have a battle to fight, but the hardest days are behind you now! Congratulations for that! On to day 4!
