Wow, June quiters are soooo awsome. I am also 47 and I am remakeing a better me. I lost weight and started excersizing and now I am quitting smoking. I was trying to be mercifull on myself in the first few days and only worked out moderatly untill yesterday. Then yesterday I decided to go ahead and put some steam into again and WOW WAS I SHOCKED. In just four days of not smoking, my lung capacity has improved so much that I doubled the amount of time that I could run on the treadmill. I couldn't beleive it!
I really wish I had never started smoking, but it was the in thing to do in the 70s in California. I can't change the past but I am absolutly deterimined to change the future.
Good to meet you and I am looking forward to walking this road with you,
Mama
