Gee, Most people HATE the weight gain part of quitting... at least there's somebody out there that is actually trying to gain weight by quitting! :) Glad to hear day 4 went smoothly. You're more than 1/2 way through Hell Week! On to day 5! Crave the Quit! I made it threw day 4, (today). I wouldnt say Ive had any withdrawal syptoms today just cravings I think. I feel alot of hot spot in my head that come and go. Not sure what that is but I assume its all a healing thing. Today was really hard craving wise. I wasnt tempted to give in but the urges were there for sure. I started working out out today also. See Im tryin to gain about 30 lbs. Always been thin, to gain 20-30 lbs would be great so Im eating 2lb steaks for dinner and lots of oatmeal for breakfast. Doing alot of physical stuff and have the energy to do it all till I crash and need a nap. Suppose all and all its all good. Quitting takes alot of work. Hardest thing I have ever done. Well anyways day 4 is done and I made it. Goodnight all.
