kat,
I know exactly what you mean. When I worked on papers I would write for an hour, print off the paper, go outside and have a smoke and do my corrections, then come back in and fix the corrections. I found writing after quitting to be so much more difficult. I tried lots of things, but ended up taking those same breaks and eating a candy bar or drinking a small coffee. It's not the same, but who ever heard of dying from a snickers? Congrats on quitting. it will make looking for a job much easier. employers don't want to smell smoke when you walk in.
