Hi Relapser. I heard that Granberry juice causes the body to produce ;)sugar , which is the body activities fuel. If it makes any difference, the Granberry juice acts in similar manner to the Nicotine. As for ;)Time, my family doctor says he makes time for exercise; sometimes he gets up in the morning and go to the Gym before going to work. As for ;)motivation, review your quitting reasons, or you lied about that, hmmmmmmm? Seing your stat, I am too ashamed to show mine. Congrat and good luck...Adam

You will be suprised how much time you have once you find and activity you enjoy. Try the walk around the block the fresh air does wonders for the way you feel. You could use all the spare time you used when smoking, we have so much more time now that we aren't smoking. I walk, swim and/or ride a bike every day and I have kept the extra lbs off :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/21/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 347 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 8,682 Amount Saved: $2602.5 Life Gained: Days: 45 Hrs: 10 Mins: 3 Seconds: 28

Hi, Well, you will be amazed how much better you will feel with a walk around the block! Time, well we all have the time, I am a single parent, working full time, coaching my son's baseball team, dating and yes still have time for some exercise... Maybe the probelm is that you just have not found something you like to do? I started with a stroll around the block, got mad at the idea and really pushed myself, I felt so much better.... Hang in there...
