You do not need to complete all the links as many can be done only if you choose - for example, if you wish to change your profile then you can use the link. When working on the program try to take notes as once completed you will not be able to review the content.
I am confused about how this program works. Are we supposed to only do the checklist items on the top (e.g. Session 1: Change your personal profile, post in support group, and read the agreement) and then click session 2?
Or are we supposed to complete all the readings and worksheets as well? I am asking because there are 20(!) links just in the first session then.
