I am glad you found us. What do you think triggered the depression or what is contributing to it? Have you tried cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) before? This program is based on CBT and my tip would be to get starte asap. Take notes on the program as you cannot return to pages in the version you are on and be sure to complete your homework. Post here often. I look forward to reading more from you.
Not sure what one is supposed to post, so I'm just stopping by to introduce myself.
I've been struggling for well over a year and 1/2 and it all just seems so exhaustingly pointless. There are good days and bad days, and really bad days and I'm trying to find my way through. It's nice to read that I'm not alone in this struggle.
Any tips / suggestions for getting through would be appreciated.
