It is great you were able to stop by and share with us. Everyone has their up and down days so you are not alone.
The further along you go, the more and more up days you have and with that, the more energy and positivity you will feel.

I came here because I have been feeling relatively OK the past week. Only 1 really down day. I should note that I have been "meaning to" make a habit of this, but find that the only times I feel the will power, energy, courage to do so is on up days.

Welcome TB, glad you are here.  It's not my first rodeo with the Depression Center; but I always keep getting more each time I come back.  Reviewing and posting and talking.  Does a body with depression good.
