Welcome to our online support community! Thank you for offering your support with us. There are many people within this support group that share the same questions and concerns as you.  We are all a group of individuals who support each other.  

If you look to the left of the screen under "Toolbox" you will find Interactive Tools, the Depression Program, and Auxiliary information that will help you understand and deal with your depression including challenging your negative thoughts and overcoming anxiety!  

The depression program is 12-weeks and involves the tools and worksheets mentioned above.  Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead.  

If you have any question or concerns about our program, you can contact us at support@depressioncenter.net.  We are open to any questions or concerns you may have.

I'm meloncoly a lot.  Anxious sometimes.   Been dealing wit this for 7 years.  I'm so much better than the beginning, but I want to be free of these awful feelings and thoughts.  I hope you can help me as I can help you.
