hi caimansbetty,
I saw the posts that note what are the "symptoms" but there is precious little info about to look out for. I belong to a self-help group for anxiety disorders, and those that have gained control of the disorder coach those who are in over their heads... so we discuss the levels of anxiety we need to be aware of. We discuss the "little" signs that tell us we are on the trail to a panic... with these landmarks we then are able to use different exercises and meditations to keep the anxiety at manageable levels.
So this is what I am looking for now with bipolar disorder ... some landmarks that point the way to where I am heading. The Revivre group I just started might be of help in 2 or 3 weeks, but that seems far away. Also, I am trying to understand some of the mecanisms of the disorder... the this is what happens in general... the typical senario...
also, there is a little voice that keeps saying... they got you wrong once, they might be wrong again...
