Hi, I just learned of a death in my husband's family; a close aunt. In a forum dedicated to anxiete problems someone yelled at me. I am going to pieces inside. I had to let out a few drops of tears but it is so humiliating. Why can I not hold myself together anymore? the slightest turbulance in life sparks a huge inner reacting. I am working with my therapist to learn that sensitivity is not a weakness but I have many automatic thinking patterns that need to be relearned.... so the first step this month is to learn to stop the anxiete driven inner conversationssss. So these two bad moments have made me weepy and introspective -never a good thing with me-
