D*mn, i just ate a cheese sandwich loaded with mayonaise...the flesh is weak!!...oh well it was only one slice of bread and it was like whole wheat. bob

more diet notes to bob...... i just lost a few pounds. if i eat a small "Subway" sandwich, i feel bloated. i am trying to drink whole bottles of water at a time, as a result of inspiration from this site. i am satisfied with a banana for breakfast. the light at the end of the tunnel is not a fast moving train...its a sign of cheerful blue skies ahead. i want to drop another five pounds and then another five. bob

or...i merely have to listen to my wife to lose weight. she can pull a long list of projects out of her mind at a moments notice...with or without me asking. bob

i ran up and down my stairs for awhile. as a reward i treated myself to a sinfully rich, sweet, heavy-with-delicious-gooey icing, cinnamon bun..the taste lingers my mouth...i am so weak!! :) bob

hi i should be estatic. celebrating. i lost 40 pounds over the past year. people tell me i look great. what do i do? i find something else to worry about...to depress about. people ask me how i did...i say i kept my mouth shut. i really can't tell you how i did it...i guess i used up calories through increased exercise and i reduced my calorie intake as i switched to eating more green vegies and less sugar, fat and carbs. but then everyone knows that and many many people have difficulty losing weight. ironically i can't seem to lose more weight..i wouldn't mind taking off another 10 pounds. any original thinking on how depressed people can lose weight out there? i say depressed because depressed people appear to have some difficulty initiating any activity. thanks for reading this. i have now motivated myself and I will run up and down my stairs for a couple of minutes...small steps...small steps..small steps. take care...smile with me. bob
