Thankyou to all for responding to needy questions. Im feeling good, today is day 3 of no tears! Ive been without medication for the past 2 days do you think that has anything to do with it? Im statrting my new medication today which is called Efexor, im a little bit scared but i'll wait an see for the results it will bring. I think i will start going to church it will only bring me positive energy so i really have nothing to lose. Im on a months holiday from work so this time is really about getting to know myself.
