I am under treatment for AFIB from about 5 years. This treatment consist of 2 425 mg pills of propafenone clorohydrate. I am six feet and six inches tall with an apprssimate weight of 230 pounds. At the end of 2003 I have encountered problems in: - remember phone numbers, - accomplish daily task completely, - drive to some places 20 .. 30 km far from the town where I live without any reason realizing wrong direction at the end of the drive, - feeling mentally tired, - remember where I have parked the car yesterday, - be upset and shout to my boss for his daily stupid mistakes that bring me unnecessary extra work. Far from what I experience I realize that I could check the phone numbers on my diary, I can write down where I have parked the car... Along with this small problems I have had a first hernya surgery that must have a second surgery in the next future. Now I have just finish a tretment with St.John's wort. But I am not sure the improvement I have reach are so safe. I feel unconfortable at driving. I drive 60 miles a day back and forth to my workplace and I have realized "lack of promptness" driving style. Does anyone knows if there is compatibility pattern between propafenone and St.John's wort?
